Beautiful!
Happy New Year.

Sarah S.

Oh how beautiful! Glad you had a nice time. It is always good to have a stop on the mountain were you can rest and have some refreshments!

Happy New Year

Lori

I laughed at your wrestling taunts on blackbird's blog and had to follow the link to yours. Now I'm loving your pictures and meandering around your archives--I lived in Germany for three years, 2000 to 2003, and Christmas is a time I miss it most (Rothenburg was our Christmas market destination). Garmisch was the place we traveled to most often, but always in spring and summer. Look what we missed out on!

Oh WOW - what glorious photos!

Love to you and yours for 2009...

This looks far more dramatic and exciting than our neighborhood sledding expeditions growing up! So glad you had such a lovely time. Happy New Year! K x

The Coffee Lady

Paola

If only I knew. We went just 2 hours away from you on the snow, in Trentino Alto Adige (Italy). We could have met!!! Now I have to wait until you coem all the way DOWN HERE.

Jen

Gaspingly gorgeous. I've got a touch of motion sickness from the sledding, but I'll rally for lunch.

Wow--that looks like the ultimate sledding experience--glad you had a lift at the ready. My glutes were starting to burn thinking about the trek to the top!

Alexis

Wow, that is spectacular! I've never been to that part of Germany, but now I really want to go!

Amelia

That looks amazing! Sounds like a great lush family holiday.

Ramona
